The fatal collision involving Lal and a white four-door Audi SUV occurred on August 10 at the intersection of Montrose Road and Greendale Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario, as reported by the police. Responding to the scene around 10 p.m., authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
Following Lal’s untimely demise, his family expressed their profound loss, highlighting his independent spirit and unique approach to life. The family also emphasized Lal’s passion for gardening, where he found solace and joy in nurturing living things.
Niagara police recently issued a renewed plea for witnesses in the hit-and-run case, nearly eight months after the tragic event. Lal was transported to a hospital outside the region, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
