“Drake Makes Billboard History with Top 3 Albums”

Drake has achieved a historic milestone with his latest releases, the albums “Iceman,” “Habibti,” and “Maid of Honour,” as they have secured the top three positions on the Billboard 200 chart simultaneously. This feat marks the first time in history that one artist has occupied the top three spots on the chart in the same week.

“Iceman,” the highly anticipated album that Drake promoted with an ice structure in downtown Toronto and livestreamed episodes, claimed the No. 1 position, followed by “Habibti” at No. 2 and “Maid of Honour” at No. 3.

With “Iceman” reaching the No. 1 spot, Drake has now earned his 15th chart-topping album, tying him with Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 albums as a solo artist. All three albums were released on May 15, with “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour” surprising fans.

Each of the three albums showcases a distinct sound. “Iceman” predominantly features rap tracks that delve into Drake’s feud with Kendrick Lamar and Universal Music Group. On the opening track, “Make Them Cry,” Drake confronts the feud head-on, expressing his defiance towards the label and industry.

In contrast, “Habibti” takes a softer approach, focusing on themes of love and relationships through songs like “Slap the City” and “Classic.” On the other hand, “Maid of Honour” stands out as the most experimental record, blending elements of Chicago juke and 80s synths with Drake’s signature style. The album incorporates catchy samples, such as Peggy Gou’s “(It Goes Like) Nanana” and DJ Casper’s “Cha Cha Slide.”

Drake’s latest releases have captivated audiences with their diverse sounds and lyrical themes, solidifying his position as a chart-topping artist.
