Blue Jays Make Roster Moves Amid Struggles and Injuries

The Toronto Blue Jays have sent relief pitcher Brendon Little down to triple-A Buffalo as part of several recent roster adjustments. Little has faced difficulties at the start of the season, allowing 10 earned runs in just 3 2/3 innings, including three walks and 10 hits. The 29-year-old currently holds a 0-2 record after appearing in five games.

In addition, the Blue Jays have also demoted Lazaro Estrada to Buffalo, while promoting Joe Mantiply and Austin Voth to the major league roster. Furthermore, the team has placed outfielder Anthony Santander (shoulder) and right-hander Cody Ponce (knee) on the 60-day injured list.
