Tragically, Perry was discovered deceased at the age of 54 due to a ketamine overdose in his backyard hot tub. Five individuals have pleaded guilty to various charges related to providing him with the drug. Notably, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who sold ketamine to Perry, is currently appealing his 30-month prison sentence.
