“Teen’s Murder Reveals Gruesome Details”

A warning was issued regarding the disturbing details surrounding the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez at the hands of singer D4vd, who allegedly stabbed her multiple times. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office revealed in a court filing the evidence suggesting attempts to dismember Rivas Hernandez’s body and conceal evidence.

Legal documents stated that D4vd, also known as David Anthony Burke, initiated a sexual relationship with Rivas Hernandez when she was 13 and he was 18, ultimately leading to her death after she threatened to expose their inappropriate connection. Allegedly, D4vd fatally stabbed the victim to prevent her from jeopardizing his music career, leaving her to bleed out at his residence.

Rivas Hernandez’s body was discovered in a decomposed state inside a Tesla that was towed from the Hollywood Hills in September of the previous year. Text messages retrieved by prosecutors from Rivas Hernandez’s phone indicated her growing jealousy towards D4vd’s other relationships, prompting her to threaten divulging damaging information that could ruin his life.

The prosecution alleged that Burke purchased two chainsaws online to dismember Rivas Hernandez’s body in his garage, where her DNA was reportedly found. The extent of the damage to her body was so severe that her eye color could not be determined, and certain body parts were missing.

The autopsy report confirmed that Rivas Hernandez died from penetrating wounds, shedding light on the horrific circumstances surrounding her murder. Despite maintaining his innocence, Burke has been charged with first-degree murder and other related offenses. Defense lawyers attempted to seal the court document detailing the case but were unsuccessful.
